At the age of 23, Eliza Pope has already established herself as up and coming on the Toronto jazz scene. Mark Rheaume of CBC Radio credited Eliza with making “vital and real music, of the kind that supposedly isn’t made anymore.” She is thrilled to be returning to the Jazz Bistro, this time to host the premiere of her first music video: Little Girl Blue. Accompanied by jazz greats Adrean Farrugia, Ross Macintyre, and Ben Riley, the evening promises to be a homage to jazz and its offshoots, from classic standards to modern fare.
